For a whole year I will try to find the awesomeness
included in all four seasons
perhaps the weather or a nature shot...
maybe display the Holidays in turn
who knows?
The sky is the limit!
We do not have a fireplace at home, never had one really! but I bet it would be nice. Sitting by the fireplace, sipping on a cup of hot chocolate on a Friday night, listening to some music or watching a movie with the kids, or a romantic comedy (probably by myself because nobody will want to watch except Sophia...maybe) Or if it's me and my husband watching it would probably be a zombie movie or something bloody fake he enjoys those! Those are comedies for him :/
Yes that would be nice.
I bet people are stocking on fire wood now.
I love the smell of fireplace smoke in the mornings
while I ride my bike on the weekends.

Oh, yes! Is would be nice, have memories from my childhood... But right now I wish more for cold weather, still feels like hot summer ...
ReplyDeleteMy parents used their fireplace when I was really young. Then they graduated with a wood burning stove which is much easier to maintain. Fire places seem appealing, but when you actually have one in a cold climate it is a lot of work to keep clean (but must be done to avoid a chimney fire) and trying to keep the cold draft out of the house! There are neat gas ones out there today with no mess....I like that concept!
ReplyDeleteHa! so I will just stick to the fire smell then!
DeleteO, how lovely -- hot chocolate and a fireplace. And all those trees, with nary an apartment building in sight -- wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog and have missed going to it. I'm glad I have internet. I don't have a lot of time to comment on everything you post but I like it all a whole lot. :) Keep up the good blog work. "_
