2. I started wearing lipstick, eyeliner and a bit of make up at age 22
3. I don't wear nail polish on my fingernails
4. I do on my toenails
5. I know I need to be more lady like, but I am happy as is!

I love your number 5! It is so important to just be yourself. Keeping fingernail painted is a lot of work!!! ~Val
ReplyDeleteAnd yes you need to find your own workspace somewhere at home! I was fortunate enough to be able to dedicate a room in my house! ~Val
ReplyDeleteI like your #5! I am like that myself... And if somebody asks why I am not wearing dresses everyday, pink nails and flowers in my hair, I know that I am a WOMAN enough without it! Don't have to prove it, just be it!
ReplyDeleteI'm a lat bloomer too. That's what my mother called me.
ReplyDeleteI like all that girl stuff but it's a lot of work. So I like putting clear on my finger nails sometimes. Less to mess with!
All that matters is that your happy!!
i was the same way about nail polish! a pedi is a must but i never did nail polish only because i had this crazy thought that polish made my fingers look chubbier.
ReplyDeleteit wasn't until san francisco that i fell in love with claire's red essie nail polish. she also told me i was crazy cos my nails have a big nail bed so they're great in polish :) and i haven't stopped painting them since! :)
